Oasys Consultants and Oneida Associés merge and create OASYS & Cie, a consulting group specializing in social support for transformations

Oasys Consultants, a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in supporting managerial and professional transitions, and Oneida Associés, a firm specializing in supporting socially sensitive transformations, announce their association.

This merger gives birth to a major player in advising and supporting transformations with high social challenges. The group brings together more than 150 consultants for a turnover of 40 M €, to which is added a network of partners in the regions and around the world.

Most of its capital is now held by associate consultants, with ALLIANCE ENTREPRENDRE – Groupe BPCE as the reference shareholder.
